Teacher training went well last night. Went over some mudras along with an intro to the brow chakra meditation, one of my favorites. Weekend teacher training update
This past weekend was beyond busy with classes from 10 - 5. It was originally suppose to be 9 - 5, so thank god it’s later. I’m trying to be a morning person, but my body just hates me forever for trying. Classes went well over all, so I can’t complain.
