Why do holiday seasons always have to be...
My mom said I haven’t been blogging enough, which is true, but with the holidays and so forth going on, it’s hard to sit down and pump out a post!
All is well, though. Teacher training is treating me well and I’m teaching yet another class tomorrow! It’s my first flow class and I hope I do ok. I tend to prefer classes where you hold the poses for longer than doing a huge...

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all the kind people who answered my yoga question pertaining to poses that would help out the upper back/shoulder area. I’m still trying to figure out a sequence that will be personal to me and thus be the most beneficial, but OMG! Very grateful to get all your responses. I definitely appreciate it, so once again, many thanks and namaste! <3
